1. Using this website

This website presents Vamaylo’s cabinetry and design services. You are welcome to browse it, share links to it, and use it to contact us. Please do not misuse it — for example by attempting to break into it, scrape it at disruptive volume, or submit spam through its forms.

2. Nothing here is a binding order

Requests, consultations and quotes made through this website are conversations, not contracts. An order exists only when it is confirmed in writing — with agreed drawings, specifications and payment terms — between you and Vamaylo. Prices shown or discussed before written confirmation are estimates and may change with materials, dimensions and scope.

3. Photos and renderings are illustrative

Images on this site — including photographs, renderings and 3D layouts — show the style, proportions and finish character of our work. Because every cabinet is built to order, the exact grain, color and detailing of your project will differ, and screens display color differently from real finishes. Door samples exist precisely so you can confirm finishes in your own light before you commit.

4. Quotes and warranty

Itemized quotes, lead times and the 10-year structural warranty described on this site are honored as set out in the written quotation and warranty documents provided with your order. Those documents, not this website, are the authoritative record.

5. Content ownership

The text, images and design of this website belong to Vamaylo. You may not republish them commercially without written permission. Project photos sent to us are used to design your project; ask us before we would ever publish them, and we will only do so with your agreement.

6. Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. While we work to keep information current and accurate, we cannot warrant that every page is error-free at every moment, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of website content alone rather than a written quotation.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The date at the top shows the current version.
